Republican Women of Hood County

The Republican Women of Hood County are members of the Texas Federation of Republican Women and the National Federation of Republican Women. Republican Women of Hood County have long been a strong political influence in the community. They are the driving force for the Republican fundraisers and for getting out the vote for Republican candidates.
The club began in 1980 in a strong democratic majority county. Since their influence and involvement began, we have seen Hood County transformed into a republican majority county.

Notice:

  • In a counter action to “Battleground Texas”, the RWHC will be focusing the programs for the remainder of the year to “KEEPING TEXAS RED!”
  • RWCH are changing their meeting times and locations. Beginning in September, the RWHC will meet every third Wednesday at Buffalo Steakhouse.

Please see our Events Listing for details about upcoming meetings.
